    • Conduct training sessions with new leaders, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and record all trainings for reference.

  2. Lead Blog Editing and Coordination

    • Serve as the lead editor for the BLEXIT Pulse blog, maintaining quality standards and communicating expectations with all blog writers.

  3. Create Monthly Educational Content

    • Develop all required monthly courses and impact training sessions to support BLEXIT's educational initiatives.

  4. Provide Monthly Reports
