Team Meetings

Howdy Team! Meeting with your leadership team at least once a month is important and mandatory.

This allows you to:

• connect, delegate, and keep your teammates involved

• better lead and execute Activism Days

• effectively further the BLEXIT mission

Upon completion of your meeting, please submit the Meeting Minutes Form for records and accountability. Without filling out this form your monthly meeting cannot be accounted for.

Tips and Tricks

Do: Record your meetings for everyone’s safety and transparency

Do: Keep your meetings consistent. Eg: Every first Tuesday of every month

Do: Prepare an agenda beforehand. This keeps you on task and helps the flow of the meeting. Template for agenda below.
